Ta'Pikín: a shop the owner runs on their own
A hot sauce producer needed to sell online without depending on anyone to change a price or add a product. The shop is half the work; the handover is the other half.

Context
Ta'Pikín is a hot sauce producer with its own public site. The brief was an online shop plus an installable admin panel, with push notifications, so the business can manage its catalogue and orders from a phone.

Handover as part of the product
- • The handover was documented with a video tutorial, not only a written manual.
- • A ready-to-send WhatsApp message was prepared for the owner to use with customers.
- • The success criterion was not «the system works» but «the owner uses it without calling me».

What I learned
That a system delivered without training is a system half delivered. What decides whether the project survives its first month is not the code: it is that the person using it knows how to, without asking for permission or help.
